We are pleased to announce a special in-person alumni session, featuring current students completing internships in Japan or alumni working in Tokyo now. Individual counseling sessions will also be available on the same day.
The seminar will include an introduction to each campus and program, as well as insights into student life, diverse internship opportunities, and global career paths—shared directly through guest comments and personal experiences.
This event is ideal not only for those interested in hospitality or management, but also for anyone exploring global business and considering how hospitality perspectives are increasingly valued across industries.

Yuki Kuwabara
Yuki Kuwabara began his career at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi before earning a Postgraduate Diploma from Les Roches Global Hospitality Education. He then gained international experience at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner in the United States. As a member of the opening team at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko, he served as Front Office Manager and led key operational reforms. After further experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto, he currently holds the position of Housekeeping Manager at Aman Kyoto. Alongside his extensive management experience in luxury hospitality, Yuki is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Drawing on this expertise, he drives organizational transformation within Rooms Division management. He also serves as a Les Roches Alumni Japan Ambassador, actively supporting both interns and alumni.Shintaro Iida
Shintaro Iida enrolled in the Bachelor’s program in Global Hospitality Management at Les Roches Switzerland in the fall of 2022. During his studies, he completed two six-month internships at luxury hotels in Switzerland and Niseko, gaining experience in restaurant and concierge operations. After graduating in February 2026, he is currently working as a Management-in-Training (MIT) program trainee at an international hotel in Tokyo. In this event, he will share his recent experiences regarding student life in Switzerland, the curriculum, and his internships. |
