Welcome to the Meliá Future Leaders Program. This partnership with Meliá International Hotels helps students succeed. Each year, up to 12 students will study for a BSc in Global Hospitality Management and receive a job contract upon graduation.
Participants will study hospitality, leadership, and management. They will also complete two six-month internships at Meliá to gain hands-on experience.
In addition, students receive a major tuition discount. You only pay one-third of the total cost, and Meliá and Les Roches will cover the rest. This program is an excellent investment for your future.

1. How does this program differ from other Les Roches Bachelor programs?
This program is co-designed with Meliá and endorsed by the industry. It strengthens Les Roches’ connection with leading hospitality groups and enhances the value of all our Bachelor programs.
2. Will students follow a standard Les Roches curriculum and receive an official Les Roches Bachelor degree?
Yes. Students follow the standard Les Roches Bachelor curriculum, which meets all academic and accreditation standards. Upon graduation, they will receive an official Les Roches Bachelor degree.
3. How does the program content differ from the standard Bachelor in Global Hospitality Management?
Students follow a specialization dedicated to Meliá. The skills you learn are transferable across the hospitality industry, but the lessons use Meliá’s real-world cases. For example, instead of languages, students take applied modules like Data Tools for Communication and Organization and Culture. Extra courses also include Project Management and Hotel Expansion and Asset Management.
4. What happens if a candidate pays the application fee but is not selected by Meliá?
The application fee will be refunded. Candidates can choose to apply for the standard Bachelor program with regular fees.
5. Are students guaranteed a job with Meliá upon graduation?
Yes. Graduates are guaranteed a three-year employment commitment with Meliá and will receive a formal contract for their positions.
6. Can students choose where they work?
No. Roles, locations, and conditions are assigned based on the graduate's professional skills and the company’s needs. Meliá will place you where you can best grow and contribute.
7. How does the fee structure work?
The program uses the standard Les Roches Bachelor fee structure, but the partnership reduces the cost for students. In addition to tuition, the partnership covers two-thirds of the costs for career support, learning resources, health insurance, and accommodation and meals.
8. What happens if a student leaves the program midway?
If a student leaves the program early, they must:
Pay the tuition and costs for the completed semesters.
Refund the scholarship amounts received for those semesters on a pro-rated basis, up to the full value of the program.
Special circumstances may be reviewed individually, subject to institutional and contractual approval.
9. What happens if a student completes the program but does not join Meliá or does not complete the three-year commitment?
If a student decides not to join Meliá after graduation, or leaves before completing the three-year commitment, they must refund the scholarship and partnership contributions. This can be up to the full value of the program. Special circumstances may be reviewed individually, subject to institutional and contractual approval.
10. What happens if the partnership ends?
Les Roches will maintain the scholarship until the end of the student’s studies. In this case, post-graduation employment with Meliá cannot be guaranteed, but Les Roches will fully help students find a job through Career Services.
